What this program is

Halehold sends operational text messages: notifications, reminders, alerts, scheduling and status updates, and replies to messages you send us. The messages are sent by Halehold’s own assistant software on Halehold’s behalf.

This is not a marketing program. Nothing is advertised, promoted, or offered for sale through it. Consent to receive these messages is never a condition of anything, and your mobile number and your consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How to sign up

Enter your name and mobile number below and check the consent box. You will get a timestamped confirmation with a reference code, showing the number and the version of the consent wording you agreed to. You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP.

Message frequency, rates, and how to stop

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent as events happen, not on a schedule.
Message and data rates may apply. Those rates are a matter between you and your mobile carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to stop all further messages. One confirmation is sent and nothing follows it.
Reply START to begin receiving messages again.
Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
Delivery is not guaranteed, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party for any purpose. Mobile numbers and consent records are disclosed only to the subcontractors that carry the messages for us, meaning our messaging provider and the mobile carriers, and only so that those messages can be delivered.
